I am not good with babies... There I said it! I am awkward at holding them, picking them up, etc. It is a bit embarrassing since I've been trying to have one for about a year and a half. My only consolation is that I am pretty sure that a lot of good parents were exactly the same way until they had a bit of practice.
Here's to not dropping my friend's babies!

Don't worry! I was the same way despite having my nephew around constantly when he was a baby. I was always so akward and stiff when I held him, thinking I was going to break him or drop him. When he started crying he immediatly went back to mom in fear that I did something wrong. Ha! But when I had Braxton and held him for the first time it just came naturally.
